Abbie Peraza is currently the Senior Manager of eBusiness for Hilti North America. She started her career at Hilti in the customer service call center 17 years ago, and has held many positions of increasing responsibility since then. She was on the team that created and launched the very first commerce-enabled Hilti website, and consulted with Hilti Germany and Hilti France to start their online divisions. She served in Hilti headquarters in Switzerland as Global Marketing Head of eBusiness, where she built an marketing competence center to develop and implement online marketing best practices throughout the Hilti world. She and her family love to travel, most recently they learned to surf in Costa Rica.
