Heather Mackay is the Founding Consultant for Vital Clarity Consulting. For well over a decade, Heather has worked with a wide cross-section of the world’s top companies (e.g., ExxonMobil,  PennWell, QuikTrip, Citibank, Target, Pfizer, Samsung, Coca Cola, John Deere, etc.) to help fortify and grow these and other local/regional organizations through robust research-based insights. In addition to research design, analysis and advisement, Heather is an adjunct professor who teaches Business Research Methods and Applications at Becker College as well as Creativity, Innovation and Opportunity at NSU.
