Case Study + Interactive: How EMSA is Using Consumer Research...

AMA Tulsa's November Luncheon

How EMSA is using consumer research to educate and create engagement with citizens

Case Study + Interactive: First, hear the case study. Second, share your marketing wisdom.

Kelli Bruer, Director of Communications for EMSA, will take us through a relatable case study to Tulsans and Communicators. Following extended negative coverage in the media, EMSA turned to consumer research to identify core perceptions and misconceptions about its image, products and services to create an integrated marketing and public and community relations plan to educate and engage the citizens it serves. The presentation is a case study presenting the data and the resulting strategic and creative campaigns.

Key Takeaways:

 - How to know when you need consumer research

 - How to know what types of consumer research to use

 - How to create an integrated plan, messaging and creative to address research results
